I have joined UST Global already it's been 2-3 days they are giving me 18lpa. I have gotten a revised offer letter from Intercontinental exchange of matching fixed and 15% bonus and 3L jb plus they have 5 days wfo policy. Do you think it's worth it?. Also there is one company which is asking me to relocate to banglore with hybrid mode but ready to offer 23L. What do you think I should do?. And if I have already joined how to leave so quickly and join other company. Any ideas please share.
