I have 15+ years of experience in employee communications and TV news, and I live in the Seattle area. I think I’m being shortchanged bc I’m asked to do some of my previous manager’s responsibilities (he was promoted), but I’m paid as a reporter. What is considered a “large” caseload in employment litigation? I work at a large L&E boutique law firm and handling about 14-15 active litigation cases in state/federal court or arbitration. Some of these matters are multi-plaintiff and multi-defendant cases, but none are class actions. This does not include any matters I am handling in the charge stage or in pre-litigation. Not sure if that’s a typical caseload or not?

Can we still negotiate with company A Or B to get top up from X+3 to make a clear decision to choose over one other.

I'm American, but my family is mostly Colombian. I was told my aunt and cousins would come here for 2 weeks.
