Why platinum and no longer platinum elite?

Need help deciding which is more valuable: 60k bonvoy points outright or converting to 25k AA miles. Even tho I plan to stay in AirBnBs in upcoming vacations, I don’t want to sacrifice value

Been recently using the Hilton honors app to book hotels for work. Thinking about using the Chase portal with my CSR instead. Thoughts or input on this?

I had accepted an offer from KGS 15 days back but last week HR called and said that KPMG is changing it's HR portal and so I'll receive the same offer letter again from the new portal which I just need to accept but it's been 8 days now, I haven't received it. My DoJ is around mid January.

Applied to transfer to another property, found out that my manager told their manager that I had attendance issues, which she has never talked to me about and even said recently that I don’t have any attendance issues. I have been late by about 10 minutes a couple times when the bus is late, and have had to take a couple of emergency sick days, but I’m usually in the office before her.
