Currently, I am working from home at TCS, where I occasionally get short-term onsite opportunities to finland for about two weeks. The CTS role is based in Pune, requiring relocation from Gurugram and working from the office three days a week. They are offering me a managerial position, but HR mentioned this is project-specific hiring. Is it a good decision to make the switch?
