I have received the pre onboarding tasks from Citi workday and HR confirmed my joining date, I just wanted to know is it mandatory to finish the pre onboarding tasks so early because my joining is around September end and I have been getting other opportunities as well so I just wanted to know if I should fill those preonboarding tasks because its asking for gratuity nomination and other things? Does anyone know how to break a rental lease agreement if the landlord does not fix the window in the unit? I moved into a apartment few months back and have been having just issues in the apartment, there is a defective window from which cold air has been leaking. I just finished a big jury trial with a senior partner (SP). There were co-parties w/separate counsel. SP mentally checked out, to the point that co-counsel was asking what SP was doing/if SP was okay. I ended up handling most everything. SP did a few parts but went rogue and did things that were offensive/risky/bad for client. It became clear that SP is not performing like SP used to and may be a liability. Do I tell someone at my firm? Don’t want to offend SP or cause drama, but I’m concerned.
