When I ask to hr guy he said it is equal to Manager level. But title will change department department. Is it true? B7 is manager role ? What is CDIO department in Natwest. Please clear my doubts

Switching team internally competing with external candidates. was asking a promotion for next grade midpoint but was ok to accept >=50% hike which i told hiring manager before the process start itself which he said will consider if I'm the one selected.

Graduating with my finance degree in about a year. I took a part-time healthcare position fill my employment gap but most of my previous experience is in manufacturing logistics and customer service. Work in Tech in the UK. Appraisals have started, everyone is being given a 5% raise, base, due to inflation. I'd been told I would be getting more than that to then be told it was < 2% more. Am I wrong to feel ungrateful?

For context, I've seen recruiters post about PM's with similar YoE asking for > £60k and I'm on less than 75% of that after this 'rise'. I have ~4YoE and been in this role about 18months. Business is not yet making a profit.
