Employee portals MUST haves? Or nice to have?we are updating ours and we know there are a few items we are missing. What are your thoughts or suggestions?

I’m looking to get into tech sales. I’ve started studying for the comptia cloud + cert. What are some companies to look at when making a change from Automotive B2B to Tech?

Any advice on favoritism within your department? We have an HR personnel who's never on site but everyone else is required to be on site. She always complains that she's too busy for this or too busy for that and we do the same exact thing. So whatever she doesn't want to do gets pushed off to us. EVERYONE complains about her and is frustrated. It's been brought to my director's attention by numerous people but he just defends her. I'm not sure who I can go to now.

Recently started a new position. Great company, team and training has been smooth and over all transition. Unfortunately the commute is already overwhelming and won’t work long term. I’m tying to decide on whether I should resign to focus on job search or stay and job search.

& what do I tell potential employers about my current work situation. Do I say I’m unemployed or be truthful.

Dilemma on my hands: I have an employee who put in their resignation letter on Wednesday. Management did not take and it well and was ready to dismiss said employee the following day (Thursday). Then management decided we were too busy to letthem go on Thursday so decided to do it today (Friday). Now management wants to wait till lunchtime to dismiss them because we are still busy and need her. The employee will get paid through their two week notice either way, continued below…

So my work has unlimited PTO -global company. I'm based in uk and line manager is in USA. he said I'm taking to much time off and has brought it up with upper management. I have taken in total to date 22 days with 8 (4 include an operation) more to go. My performance is above target. I just feel blindsided.

I have 10 plus years of sales experience and 7 in an AE senior AE role however, when applying to positions that I know I am more than qualified for my resume is getting bot rejected before it even gets viewed. I am not sure why other than I do not have my b.a as I decided to pursue sales full time while in college and did not finish. This has not stopped me from getting interviews before , any ideas on how to get around the bots?

Hi, I've recently been applying to a lot of tech companies in hopes of landing a more sales-orientated job. For my job, I service 200+ accounts monthly generating under half a million a year. Along with servicing the accounts I also perform the tasks of, AR collection, direct sales, generating leads, building and managing customer relationships, and also managing my client's inventory.

I've applied to a few places like HubSpot, Grammarly, and LinkedIn.

I have raised my PF transfer 3 years back. My previous organisation sent me Annexure K which mentioned that NEFT details. However amount is not reflecting in passbook. I have raised 6 grievance on portal in last 1 year and every time reply that either software is being update or amount found and will update passbook.

I just received a two hour assignment while out (on day 3 of a 9 day vacation - first one in two years). I am a junior associate, so I’m far from irreplaceable, though we are understaffed. I do not have internet where I’m traveling so to do this assignment id have to drive to the nearest cafe to do the assignment while on vacation. Id probably lose half a day of a pretty expensive vacation. Is the expectation that I do this as a junior associate?
