I have this problem where my motivation to stay on track dips when I start losing weight. Suddenly, it feels okay to eat a donut after my meals and then that becomes two and it's a constant cycle. Have any of you been victims of this mentality too? What helped you get out of the rut?

I struggled with this for years until I genuinely understood what moderation was. I eat a piece of chocolate every day and so now chocolate has become something I allow for myself and is part of my daily life. Completely cutting anything out makes it hard for you to have a good relationship with it. Instead, even while you're cutting, allow yourself a serving of whatever it is you're pushing away. This way you're not bingeing and you understand that the small portion you allow for yourself is what you should allow yourself throughout your life, anyway, Of course, for holidays and occasions, you can expand that limit but on a general basis, none of the stuff we crave is actually meant for our bodies. So limit them and have them routinely, and you should be able to have a better relationship with them.

This is me every time I start a diet lol. I'll be good for a week, see the results, and then delude myself into thinking I deserve a little treat. I'm trying to be better about it and remind myself that the only way for me to hit my goals is by making good decisions every day, but it's easier said than done.

When did you decide to get medicated? I have what I’d call “high functioning” depression and anxiety. See a therapist and all, but still deal with lows that seem hard to overcome for weeks on end - losing interest, hard to focus on work, sleeping difficulties, etc. Hard to tell when to make that decision!

Hi recently I was interviewing few candidate for ML engineer and business analyst profile.
Got few candidate (total 6) schedule for that role on lever.
Took interview of 2 of them on day 1 and rest 4 on day 2.
4 out of 6 were from Mindtree.
And none of them were actually the one which they portrayed on resume.
They were liers, they don't even know basic sql, python forget about stats.
Have anyone recently faced the similar situation with Mindtree people ?

Has anyone experienced difficulties with speech/thinking through taking anti-depressants or from suffering with long term depression? I first started noticing difficulties in articulating my thoughts at university and my career in consulting has only made this more prominent.
