I interviewed with Google last month. They told me that they have a decision for me after Thanksgiving and they just got back to me saying that they need more time to make a decision. Should I take this as a bad sign? Or is this normal?

GCA Questions Help

Hi everyone!
I've had 2 rounds of interviews at Google (UK) for a non-tech role in Platforms & Ecosystems (L4/L5). Recruiter told me that I've been selected for the final rounds (GCA + Leadership Interview). From his feedback, one thing they wanted me to improve on was the GCA Questions. Would anyone have any tips on how to prepare for these? I've checked some of Jeff Sipe videos online but would appreciate any support! I find GCA quite stressful...

What role “generally” pays more at Google? Product Manager or Sales Engineer?

How long does it typically take for Google to get back to you after the second interview? After the HR screening call, i had an interview over GTalk with the manager and i haven't heard back from my recruiter ever since. Wondering how long i should be waiting before i follow up.

Got a verbal confirmation for an offer from recruiter. Now she is negotiating my pay with the compensation team instead of me. I thought I had to do the negotiations with that team?
