What are your thoughts about putting an explanation for the current gap (as in, I haven’t been working for several months) on your resume, LinkedIn profile or cover letter? If you think it should be included in one of these places, how would you do it?

However, there is an opportunity to join Google Dublin as an Agency Development Manager (level 4) with strong salary, new challenges, different role and responsibilities etc. I HAVE A STRONG DOUBT about a trade off: is better to have a strong margin of growth and a good position or join Google with the above conditions?

Got a verbal confirmation for an offer from recruiter. Now she is negotiating my pay with the compensation team instead of me. I thought I had to do the negotiations with that team? Completed onsite interviews for the TAM role and recruiter gave me feedback that my technical depth wasn’t up to par for the role but my googleness/leadership and GCA interview feedback was stellar so they plan to propose me for Cloud PM roles instead.
