I joined LTI last month and it was a project specific hiring. Since day 1 I have been tagged to a project however no contacts have been setup from the project team .Billability status shows 'Account Pool'.
The unbilled days appear as 11 in my profile. The recruiter and the RPM is not at all responding even after multiple follow ups. Could you please let me know if you have gone through similar situation.
