Anyone feel frustrated at times with the super aggressive sales personalities we deal with? My AE is always pushing on every ask no matter how minuscule it is. My vp is super anal about anything we do. I understand these guys pull in huge commissions and bonuses that’s why they are so motivated. However what I personally feel is they just nag us until we do the job according to their spec. Just venting……anyone else feel the same?

Been in consumer insights all my work life (10 years) and considering pivoting to product or product marketing manager roles. Yet I have had some interesting convos for people manager roles in insights recently and wondering if I should maybe refocus my efforts there. I’m looking for a broader mandate than just my immediate pipeline. I have been enjoying insights but grow frustrated by the lack of decision-making power. I rather would want to take a path with high long term career potential.

I have joined IBM and resigned within 50 days.
Reason: project I was allocated not good and I initially rejected project but they forcefully moved to the project.I have asked multiple times to replace the project after that I have resigned.
Now manager is threatening me that I will be placed under no hire to IBM.

Has anyone ever dealt with Geico UM case where they insist that a release needs to be signed? Geico extended our client’s policy limits but wants him to sign a release. We offered to sign an acknowledgment of receipt of funds but Geico said without a release signed, they will not issue payment.

Why is the left acting so insecure? If your candidate is ahead in every poll, why the need to constantly keep mentioning it and berating supporters of the opposition in the same hypocritical approach you accuse them of? A certain SVP is spamming the bowl about “Trump dues”. If you feel that this is a) clever b) funny c) contributes to the discussion at hand d) any combination of the above, you’d be wrong. A quick search shows at least 12 mentions of “Trump dues” by SVP in the last two hours.

P.s. I don’t know what industry SVP works in, but it sure isn’t finance or accounting because he doesn’t seem to understand the concept that large term loans can be (and usually are) settled by the issuance of a new loan.
