No, you are not wrong. This is something I’ve tried to teach across multiple industries and countries for that matter. when a person starts a position if there’s no set training in place, how will they be successful. And every single person differently so it’s not being shown you writing it down or watching a video. Every single person learns differently. I’m so sorry you’re going through this. I would ask in a more formal email of any options for training that you can have access to. Because this is not the norm nor should it be. I’m so sorry you’re going through this.

I would struggle with this too. Being expected to learn everything without guidance sets you up to fail. I think proper onboarding is a basic responsibility, not optional.
That seems like pretty lazy management, to be honest. She must think your experience has prepared you for the job, which is good in a way. Yet it's still odd to be thrown into the job without much guidance. Perhaps there are some written materials you could refer to, or just make sure to ask if you feel unsure about anything.
Have you tried asking your manager for a 1:1 and talking about it? She may not even realize that you haven't been properly trained or need more help. I would recommend trying to talk to her about it.
