I know people say to not quit before you find another job, but I did with my last job and it was such a good decision. I quit without having another job lined up and literally less than a few days later, one of my clients called me to tell me about an opening. (I blamed the reason I left on my long commute).
Once you leave a toxic place, new opportunities will present themselves to you. Don’t stay a minute longer here. It’s NOT worth it.

Does anyone have ideas on how to navigate a smaller team environment when everyone’s roles seem to be stretched (hiring for additional people has been taking a while, not sure why). The stress causes some tension and that’s probably not great for the overall morale of the company long-term.
