How does contract to hire work? If I’m offered $37/hr on w2 for 3 months and then possibly a permanent position, how much can I expect to get annually as a full time company employee as a BI data analyst II? I have a M.S. and certificates in DA but this will be my first job as DA.
I prefer working for what is offered on contract without negotiating, and then negotiate when I transition into the company itself so I have a better chance of getting the contract position and show my skills.

I am a tester at level 10, working in a US project. We have our agile meetings in US timings.But the thing which annoys me the most is we work in whole day and then we sometimes have to attend the meetings till 9:30 pm IST at night.We are told to login late next day but still my productivity falls after 8:30 pm.I feel that attending these EST meetings is the duty of the onsite lead. My onsite lead expects us to attend those meetings till 9:30 pm.Kindly suggest.What should I be doing

Hello everyone, need a help from you.

Previously my HRA amount was 96000 per annum so I was submitting a rental agreement of full hra without giving pan card details of myself and first party.

Now I have recently joined a new company and here hra is 2.7LPA.

How can I claim the full hra amount? I live in a rented house where agreement is between owner and my dad. Also owner will not accept for a fake agreement too.

I had my HR discussion in Cognizant and they've provided me the compensation details on telephonic conversation. But I haven't received any mail for documents submission. Can anyone tell me what's the exact procedure and how long it normally takes as my Notice period will be over within 3 weeks.

Today I had HR discussion wherein my expected CTC was 12.5LPA but HR said they can only give 10LPA including variable..After long discussion I said I'm expecting 11.5LPA atlast then HR said she will get back to me at today EOD..but I didn't receive any updates yet.
Did I miss the offer or HR had to get approval?
Do I need to call and accept whatever they are offering?
But I feel I'm lowballed as I don't have any offer in hand and I'm desperate to get this job..
