I know what to do to lose weight - eat better, move more, yada yada, but staying consistent is where I fall apart. I’ll be “good” for a week, then one stressful day throws it all off. What helped you stay on track without going to extremes?

Not letting the one day throw it off. Get right back in track the next day.

Not standing on the scale daily expecting to drop
a pound. Try once a week, expect less. Also, don’t starve yourself. If you drop your food intake to where you’re hungry all the time except 20 minutes after a meal you’re going to fall off.

An accountability partner and routine. It’s definitely tough some days, having an extra push helps. Weight loss and fitness groups on social media help as well.

TTC for a while now, and I think my mind/body’s playing tricks on me. I didn’t have my regular period this cycle, more like spotting, and have bouts of nausea but the home kits have been negative. It’s trying to go through this every month.

The business I’m in is very low frequency (most customers use our product once a year, but we do have many users) and I’m worried this will lead to poor results. What other models do…

Random, but valid/persistent thought.

After 2 years of a pandemic and working independently for many years, I am not feeling interviews AT ALL. There are points in the interview where I want to just say "Look! Either hire me or don't".

How can I get over this feeling? I'm over the whole "stand in the line of fire to prove how good I am" bs. Any recommendations for getting over this or possible industries to pivot into to avoid bs interview processes and ghosting?
