1)Learn trending topics like data science,cloud etc...
2)Go for higher studies(m.tech/mba,...)
3)Leetcode more and tried better dev roles
4)try jobs in core fields(vlsi,...)
5)Any different path...

However just next day I got mail saying Dehaat has temporarily frozen hiring process. Anyone working at Dehaat can tell me what is happening at Dehaat currently?
