I previously worked at Dell and left on May 30, 2024, with a package of 6.2 LPA. Since then, I have received and declined two job offers, each offering more than 8.5 LPA. Currently, I have an offer from CBRE for a Finance Analyst role with a package of 7.5 LPA. I am evaluating whether accepting this opportunity would be the right decision or if I should continue searching for a position that offers a better package and career growth. I would appreciate any advice on making an informed choice.

Question about solo/self-employed 401ks: If I create a sole-member LLC for a side business and create a solo/self-employed 401k, am I only allowed to make contributions from the earnings earned via the LLC? Or am I allowed to contribute money earned from a different source (ie W-2 job).

Interviewed for a GS-15 (same agency but different office) and totally aced the interview with excellent answers. They know I’m a top performer with senior references. However I noticed there was an internal candidate who has been there for few years and interviewed that’s a veteran. I feel my chances just sank and want to gauge thoughts.
