I received an email from BGV to update my current employer (marked in RED in the below image). Is there a way in which we can update the current employer? Because all the sections had 'previous enployment'. There is no checkbox to mark a company as cuttent employer

I joined a competitor company due to toxic boss in June 2022 which my previous company has got idea about and have still not recieved F&F money and experience letter since 3 months.
In the offer letter it was written that I am prohibited to join competitor company after resigning but I got to know from sources that such contracts don't hold any relevance. I am waiting for 10 more days as HR told me it is in process and then planning to file complaint in labour court. Suggestions please?

How to check if Bgv is completed or not ?

Clawback clause in current contract: been in role for over 2 yrs, it was an internal move that required relocation. Relocation was approved shortly after (over 2 yrs ago) but covid meant the actual move and start of my contract with new subsidiary was delayed, I was paid by the previous subsidiary meanwhile. I got small relocation package. Would internal move be subject to a buy-out/clawback clause if I leave now and if yes, is it time in role or time under new contract? Any experience? Thanks!

I am currently a civil engineer thinking of switching to software engineering. I got my masters in water resource engineering where I was coding a decent amount for assignments and it has really stuck with me. Unfortunately, in my current role and field (civil), I don’t really get to do much coding. Does anyone have a similar experience of jumping ship to do software engineering? I have got offer from CTS and doing pre-onboarding formalities. As part of BGV the are asking to fill HR Manager name and contact numbers. How we can fill that because my previous company is HCL where the HR people are keep changing & @they don't even respond to their employees. Also, we couldn't add their phone number as well. How to proceed with this as this mandated for BGV. Any one please helpout.

Hi Guy's, I don't know what I'm doing wrong at the time of refer anyone in the cognizant. Whenever I refer someone, his/her profile does not progress beyond the "under review" section.
So far I have referred 3 people and all three profiles are under review section and under review and " under review" is showing 0% for all three profiles. I have completed all my pre-joining formalities & submitted all relevant documents. Once submitting the BGV got an auto mailer saying that it would take 14 days to complete the BGV. And the days are over now. Also, so far, I didn't receive any mails.

Do I need to wait or follow up with recruiter? Please advise?
