I've applied for 4 roles that I'm VERY confident in, but my applications have been in a "under consideration" status for a month or so. I was even referred for the position by another Amazon employee, which I was told would help.

I'm starting to think that I may not actually be "under consideration", but I figured I'd ask on here! Is this common?

Hi guys, I got a feeling that big 4 or T2 companies kinda quiet in jakarta as opposed to MBB where they conduct lots of recruiting events (management consulting). Any reason for that particularly or maybe big 4 prefer internal hiring only?

I am planning on applying next year.
I have two choices in front of me that I need help with.
1) Stay in my company. Most likely to become a manager by the end of the year. Will make the same (due to high OT right now) and no WLB.
2) Go to another firm that will pay 10-15% more + amazing WLB. If I take the role, thinking of putting in crazy hours towards the GMAT.

I’m 25. It seems like over a dozen people I graduated with are now Product Managers at FAANG companies. Yet every time I look at PM job postings at big tech companies, they almost always require 7+ years of experience, 5 at the least. How are so many people getting PM positions 2-3 years out of school? … as someone who has (unsuccessfully) been trying to break into a FAANG company, it’s quite frustrating to see.

How we can fill that because my previous company is HCL where the HR people are keep changing & @they don't even respond to their employees. Also, we couldn't add their phone number as well. Hi Guy's, I don't know what I'm doing wrong at the time of refer anyone in the cognizant. Whenever I refer someone, his/her profile does not progress beyond the "under review" section.
So far I have referred 3 people and all three profiles are under review section and under review and " under review" is showing 0% for all three profiles. Please suggest me if I'm doing any wrong things at the time of the referral... And the job for which I am referring to anyone that is the latest only.Cognizant

I have completed all my pre-joining formalities & submitted all relevant documents. Once submitting the BGV got an auto mailer saying that it would take 14 days to complete the BGV. And the days are over now. Also, so far, I didn't receive any mails.
