Offer help - yesterday I’ve received an offer from DataDog for Services Architect 3 role on their expert services team (ProServe) - pre sale solution and engagement.

Offer was as follows Base: 155k RSU: 22.5k (90k total over 4 years, 1 year cliff).

I currently make 170k base + ISO (private company so kinda hard to evaluate). I’m 4.5 YOE

I said it needs to be more in 210-220 range in order to switch. She’s going to talk to the manager on Monday and get back to me.

Anyone know what Program Manager packages range from at Intuit? I feel low-balled. I was on the initial 30 minute call and they asked my expectations, so I stated I’d like to here their range. I feel that former employer might have slandered my reputation. Almost a year ago, I had accepted a physical therapist position with the VA and all was going well until I get a call from their HR department saying that they had to rescind the offer due to something that came up in my background. Never been arrested or have any legal complaints filed against me. VA said I’d have to file a FOIA request. Which meant all the info was blacked out when I got the info I requested. My boss the general manager is setting me up at work. She is saying all this stuff about me that is not true at all. But when I come into her shift or come into my shift after hers nothing is done for me. A lot of the prep is not done. And she complains about me not doing the prep. Stuff Is still dirty. One day she left the grill on. Etc. There was another manager there training to run another store and she said I basically do a lot of the work while she doesn't do much. So she stood up for me.

I received an offer for 80k to work as a desktop engineer for TCS at one of their client’s locations. However, I have seen poor reviews for working at TCS and I’d like to get some feedback from anyone currently or had previously worked for that company.
