Selected in a Big4 firm and one MNC shortlisting is going on, hopefully will be selected within 7-8 days. The MNC will be offering good package, but Big4 is just giving 20% hike in my salary and waiting for my decision to say yes or no,to proceed further with offer letter. Query :1. If I say yes to the Big4, and when they issue the offer letter, and then I reject, can they blacklist me. 2. Also if accept the offer and say no, in that case can they blacklist me from their firm.EY Deloitte KPMG PwC

Might apply, you could ask other people that left if company clawed back. Alternatively, your next company may make you whole with sign-on bonus (given proof)
Only you can answer that. Ask HR. But yes, normally you’d have to pay back at prorated rates if you leave within less than a year.
Thanks! I think you’re right that I need to ask directly. My contract is clear (relocation benefit only payable back if leaving within 12 months - I am way past that) but then I found some general policy that talks about 24 months on any buy-out packages which is what I think does not apply since I have a concrete agreement - but better safe than sorry.
