I recently joined NTT DATA in September and currently I am on the bench. I would like to know whether I am eligible for variable pay in this situation. If I am eligible, how much variable pay can I expect considering that I joined mid-year and have not yet been allocated to a project?

Also, does the variable pay depend mainly on my individual performance, or is it based on overall company revenue and performance?
