I recently resigned from Harvey Norman Aspley, Queensland. The reason was the TOP salesperson Ravish was stealing quotes and switch selling consumers into other products. I lost $1000 in commissions because of this over 1 month. very frustrating. The proprietor didn't want to know and supported the top salesperson, through right or wrong justifying it right to the end. Harvey Norman also take money off your commissions for not meeting KPIs.

I worked in Real Estate, other agents would steal my files (clients), the principal told me “she would not do that”, I quit soon after.
At Angus & Coote, everyday other sales associates would put through a special order or a returning customer’s purchase, even though the customer handed over a card saying Jane Doe had served them previously.
Anywhere commission or KPI’s are involved, be prepared to be trodden on.
