I urgently need some guidance please
I was told by my university my French student visa would be sufficient for working in Luxembourg(I’m Colombian). After passing all and getting the offer 1 month later EY told me it isn't enough and the company won't sponsor a work permit.

I made a mistake by not researching thoroughly, I do need a work permit, but I want to convince them I’m worth of it . Please how can I do it? I said no to the rest of companies and I’m in risk to getting no job !

Guys please suggest any good hotel(no need hifi, just for night stay) to stay in kharadi, Pune or near by.
I have 2 days working office in a week. Need for 2-3 days only.
If you have any idea please suggest.

I got an offer letter from HCL. In that they mentioned as "Agreeing to the terms and conditions is as good as signing of physical contract form between you and company. It has legal binding as per the law if mutual trust is breached."
