I used to be someone who loved their work. Lately, I just feel constantly overwhelmed and can't find the motivation. Is this what burnout feels like?

Hoping to get some guidance... I'm a 3rd year PI associate at a boutique firm.. looking to transition to an in-house position. Is that realistic? Any specific in-house positions where my skills would translate?

I have a case I have enough evidence on to go to summery judgement on off the gate. Procedurally what's the best way to go a out this? D's are unrepresented and extremely difficult about settlement talks.

Will it be completely mandatory to go to office or will it depend on the team from January onwards. I am willing to extend my WFH, so can I talk to my project manager because most of the team work from all different location. Any suggestions!

Anyone struggling with imposter syndrome? When I worked for a very well known Fortune500 tech company I couldn't help but feel major imposter syndrome. One- I am a woman in a male dominated industry, I didn't go to a prestigious school like most of my peers and I just didn't think I deserved to be there. Everyday was a struggle and tried to keep myself small so no one would find out I was a "fraud." Looking back on it now, wiser and more experienced, I realized how detrimental feeling that way

-95k base, 16% bonus, good benefits.
-National grocery chain.
-Slightly different role: more admin / training others / governance / custom coding connectors, etc.

I’m new to the firm. My third project my manager was very hands off. He’s wants to have a discussion with me about my performance. He did not give me any support to work with; even when I asked! And my direct manager agrees with him, but it was my third week. What to do? I feel like I’m going to say something crazy. Any advice?
