I was just curious, what time of year do you receive raises? Or is it after you have been there a certain amount of time? Every job I have been at is different. But I'm really hoping that at my next review I get a pay bump.

Hi Everyone. I completed my 1 year in EY in October 2022. And in my profile, they have updated it to Senior Analyst now. But that was a progression that happens every year and I have not received the incremented salary.

Now that they are giving increments to everyone, will I receive both progression and increment or my progression will be counted as increment.

Had an interview for an associate position at Citi. Interviewee was based in London and I’m in NYC. The only interview time that worked was 6am. I was barely functioning and feel like I truly messed up in my answers because I couldn’t not think clearly. I have another with the head of the division next week again at 6am (pre determined before this interview). It was also hard because the division’s core work is private enough that there was not much prep I could do beforehand. Tips?
