I have cleared first round . But they are telling there are other rounds too. I am curious please clarify if anyone from Oracle or recently joined .

Hi guys, I am a systems engg in TCS with 3 years exp. Technologies known: C, C++, Java, COBOL, Oracle DB, SQL, Unix/Linux, Shell scripting.
I had applied for Infosys in the company portal long back, but haven't got any replies yet. I am looking for the Developer/ Production support roles.
And I am in my notice period, lwd is 27th sept.
Also, have an offer from L&T with doj 29th Sept.

Mid-level associate at a mid-size regional insurance defense firm practicing coverage litigation. Salary is capped b/c my firm only does I.D./coverage and has no direct-hire comm clients. As things start to open up fully, some of my institutional clients are sending notices that we are expected to do X activity over zoom from here on out (things we used to do in person). What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now. I’d basically be laterally for my current salary just to bill 400 more hours. I also wasn’t aware that the local office was strictly ID. Firm website advertises lots of practice areas. Any advice?
