How is kpmg for software developer?
I joined Tiger Analytics with CTC of 9lpa. When I check in greythr IT statement, it shows 7.14lpa.
In the CTC payslip, it shows 75k per month as my salary. But this month I got 61k.
I understand they deduct tax, but I feel it is too much. IDK where I'm losing the money. Can someone tell if this is normal. I'm a fresher so, IDK much about it.
Also, what can I do to pay less taxes? Any help on that?

How long I want to work in this industry and how long I'll have to work in this industry are two very different conversations. In a perfect world, I'd hit the lottery tonight and never have to work again. In the real world, I'm most likely going to be stuck doing this for another 35 years. It's all I know, and I don't think a career pivot is in the cards for me.

What do you want to get into after this? Right now, I plan to stay while I can still get work, and not sure what my 3-5 year plan is looking like.

I'm going to stay as long as I can keep making money. When the money dries up, I'm obviously going to have to pivot. But I love what I do and want to do it as long as I can.
I love doing what I do too, I just don’t know if an agency is the place for me forever. I want to create but in a different way
Why so short? If the work is there, I truly can't imagine doing anything else.
