Why are properties in NYC so damn expensive? At this point should I just move elsewhere?

I didnt have AC working for 22 days during the hottest time of the year. Landlord didnt respond until 10 days after the initial complaint and contacted a technitian 3 days later. Is this a valid reason for asking for a rent reduction? And if the landlord says no, can I do anything about it? I live in NJ if that helps...

I am researching the salary range for a technical program manager (supporting UX/UI design team for software) within a large, globally distributed company (Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence).

My research is resulting in some wild ranges between $90k and $160k. Not super helpful. Can anyone help in narrowing that?

My husband and I used to be very affectionate. We used to take at least 2 hrs everyday just to give each other emotional space. We would talk about what we’re feeling and why and so on. It used to be so fulfilling and beautiful.
But since we had a kid, all conversations are with a purpose. It’s either planning the next day, the next move, finances, etc. Amidst this, we lost focus on each other.

Hi , I am BA currently with 4.5 yrs experience in analytics . Is it necessary to go for an MBA(which will be 1 year obv as per my experience ) or i can go by becoming an APM somewhere(obv by learning product related topics)and then becoming a PM.
