People who have cheated in their previous relationships, how did you come to realize the reason behind your behavior? A close friend confided in me that she has cheated in all her previous relationships and struggles to understand the reasoning behind it. I have worked on the tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Git (GitLab and GitHub)/Gerrit and Other DevOps Tool Chains such as Artifactory and Monitoring Tools. But not cloud experience like AWS, Azure (have on Premises cloud exposure).

MasterCard is offering me 13.5LPA as fixed pay and 7% as variable pay.

Not ready to negotiate more, should I accept the offer?

Long story short: last year in Nov 2020 I accept an offer for concentrix but unable to join due to COVID situation and got approval from the reporting manager it was only for a week.
Now recently I got offer for concentrix pune but they are asking to continue with last package which is below the baseline for this process.
When I spoke to the HR he says it's the policy and nothing can be done.
I loved the process but it would be really hard for me with the package.
ANY ADVICE WHAT CAN BE DONE
