I have been selected for senior engineer role at nagarro. I was hired for Full stack role (MEAN Stack). My joining is next month - Nov. I have no friends here and I don't know how is the culture and WLB at Nagarro. Please help me out. Also I have been reading many -ve comments regarding bench and firing. Is it true? Should I still look out for better ?

Hey all, as I see a lot of recruiters in this group I wanted to know if anyone is hiring for BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER or E-COM ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT or VENDOR MANAGEMENT roles.

I’m interviewing for an EA (not your typical role) to a serial entrepreneur/CEO who is also interviewing for a Chief of Staff. They have mentioned I would make a great CoS based on my prev experience & could see me being a COO in the next 10 yrs. After playing back our last meet, I realise the CEO was trying to tease out of me/get me to probe on interest for CoS role.
