I know it varies by job, of course, but I typically keep it 1 page. I start with a brief summary, followed by experience (most current first), then into education. But I suppose if your experience is not relevant to the job you're applying to, but your education is, I would probably consider flipping the two.
1 page is plenty for someone with your level of experience. You want to be concise and highlight only your most important contributions. Always put work experience first.
