Teacher-paced and the dashboard allows us to push further for more in-depth answers, send a message to individual students, keep everybody on task (mostly). The report is time-stamped. Flip to student-paced for absent kids and asynchronous. Have students take notes as they go. Kids with no computer use paper/pencil. This works if everyone has been given a computer and your school has a subscription. There may be free versions.

A friend of mine has just left Infosys BPM (Consultant). He is serving notice period. It's been 1 month and it seems like manager is hell bent to make him work day and night.
