What’s the most efficient way to get a functional associate cert for SuccessFactors Employee Central? Is their course the best way to learn it?

Anyone here started their own government contracting company and subcontracted with other Primes? It’s been something I’m leaning towards as I’ve been building the network for it. I know it’s a bit niche, but would love to hear about other’s experiences.

I'm the hiring mgr for designers in my org. I recently discovered pay band information given to me by the HR generalist I'm working with on hiring was outdated and updated bands had been released over the summer (prior to my hire date). The outdated information had led me to believe a prime candidate was out of range. Aside from incompetence, can anyone think of a reason why HR might have withheld information about the pay bands? Where to learn about sap fiori for a sap security consultant

I have been searching for job from quite a long time and all I have seeing HR/Panels asking for
1. Number of implementation projects done.
2. Work experience on S4 Hana.

And if I don't have atleast any one of these, I will not be considered.

Is it really that important ?

I'm thining about apply for a job at the SAP directly or going into a supply chain role.
My goal is a good work life Balance, traveling at least 1 time a Month international and a salary of about 85k.
