Job-Hunting reach-out to VC from previous fundraising effort for own startup
I have e-mail archive from 1y ago of my reach-out to 65 VCs in London: we had video calls, they might remember me still, who knows.
I want to send a reply/forward message to the same e-mail thread from abc@gmail.com, saying that I am looking for roles within their VC firm. Is that a good idea?
Or shall I just start new email thread and mention how I know them?

Bruh, you have ur whole life ahead of you. Theres no need for you to make ur success depressing. You’re acting like you’re 65 retired. The best way to live life is Hard then Easy, rather then easy then hard
Reconnect with friends and make new ones. You have a financial cushion most never gain but, you do have to enjoy your life and make fun time with family and friends.
Are you working to live or living to work? Can you make room for a social life in your work life - I really hope so! There are many ways to make friends so perhaps reach out to a few past friends & touch base, perhaps asking them first how they are going and where they are in life, suggesting you catch up for a drink or a coffee? I’d also try something fun like joining TimeLeft, where you can meet people in your city at your age group & go out for dinner -
Worse case scenario you have a nice meal & best case, you start a new friend group completely outside of work
Do you have other interests outside of work? Is there something you used to do when you were younger that you might want to pick up again?
