What is your take on WILP in MBA (offered by Institutes like BITS Pilani)?

I seriously need to take a decision on whether to continue working and enroll in MBA or go for a full fledged MBA course.

New to Fishbowl, currently working on a career pivot! I graduated in May with my MBA and have experience as a Director of Operations as well as recruiting and HR experience. I am looking to move more into Change/Project Management or Director of People Operations roles. I have been at the application game now for two months with only two interviews and over 20 applications sent out each week. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!! I do institutional sales for an asset manager. Am graduating in the fall with an MBA from a top 40 school. Would like a designation but dont want to do the CFA.  Between the CAIA and CMT: which one is more applicable to asset management, and better status/recognition? appreciate any insight

Wonder if anyone can offer advice on which cert to pursue next? I obtained my CompTIA Security+ last year and wondering if I should go for the CySA+ or Pentest+ next. I also have my AWS CCP and will be sitting for the Solutions Architect soon as well. Currently not doing security stuff at work but would love to keep my skills going. I was hoping one of these next certs will help me finally break into a security role and love the idea of pentesting but not sure if the CySA+ is more beneficial.

I recently had an interview with BNY for an Analyst role located in DE. The interview went well and I was informed by the recruiter that the team was interested. They asked if I was willing to relocate immediately, and I told him that my decision would be best made if I see an offer. I have not yet received a follow up after this(coming on two weeks) so I know that I've been ghosted. My question is, was I wrong to ask to see the offer before making a decision?

1: EY - FDD, home city, very good $$ for FDD

2: PwC - post-merger integration, DDV team (essentially M&A Consulting) - bigger city, always been keen to move

Coming as a Senior in Audit, with recent FDD exposure (2 deals, obviously not much). I was looking for something more than just number crunching, wanting a mix of quant / quali / strategic work. M&A Advisory or a Corp Strategy role is where I'm looking to end up long term.
