Dude how do you let anybody pay you $32k a year when you have your series 7? Get the hell out of there, don’t sell yourself so short. You can go to any bank or major firm and make double that. Go on linkedin and look for a job you’ll get a new one tomorrow.
$32k a year is too low even for a CSA. I know CSA’s that get paid between $70k all the way to $120k based on the team that they’re in. I’d definitely search for other jobs and apply even just to see how much they’re offering.
Agreed. Without my series 7 I’ve been making between 22-28$ an hour up to 55k salary. If I had my license those positions would have been 65-75k maybe more. Don’t sell yourself short!
You should definitely start looking for a new job ASAP. Having your Series 7 & 63 with all the Insurance licenses should get you a job that pays at least 60K a year, preferably more. Don't be afraid to make a move, in this job market, you can for sure find something much better!
Hope you’ve been looking for a new gig! Best of luck.
Seems low for your credentials. I would advise trying to get the title change to Senior Registered Sales Assistant before making a move if possible or look for that as your next role.
