If the experiences you gained there are still applicable to the jobs you are applying to, then yes. Even if not, they're still valuable, just make sure you try to frame it based on the experiences you had and how they could be applicable. General rule is 10 years of experience, but that's not hard and fast.
If you have room on your résumé for it doesn’t push you over to the second page. I would leave it on, particularly if the experience is applicable to the job you’re applying for, but if you’re internship experience is gonna bump you onto a second page you can probably leave it off
At most Group internships into one header and make each one a bullet. Frankly I don’t care what your internship was that far out. If I am looking at those to decide something went horribly wrong.
