What’s the most effective way to train 200+ Staff on new technology or system releases? What do big companies do?

My thoughts are to build a community where Staff can talk and answer each other’s questions through MS Teams, but can that really be done effectively?

I joined in EY Global CBS Talent team(outside London) as a Manager this March. My base pay is 45k + 4.5 car allowance. How much can I expect as raise this year and next year?

Ive accepted an offer going from a SM role to M role at EY in the CCas team , London office. Can anyone confirm how often one needs to come into the office, as my commute is from Hampshire . In my current role I rarely go to the office, i.e once every few months (also in London) and am considering backing out due to the additional commuting cost and less flexible work life balance.
