I'm applying but haven't heard anything, what should I do? My resume is good and cover letter, just what else can I do?

Waiting with no word is the worst. Sometimes it is not even about your resume. It is just timing or too many applicants. One thing that helped me is finding someone at the company on LinkedIn and sending a kind message just saying I am excited about the role. It is low pressure but shows initiative. Have you tried something like that?

Sounds good, try that for a few days.. it's kind of a numbers game the more you do the better/changes.

I have heard this same thing from several people that i know. They all say that the job market is awful right now and they aren't getting any calls. I would suggest networking and trying to get referrals to see if you can get your foot in the door that way.

One thing that helped me was following up a week after applying, just a quick, polite email to show interest. Also, try reaching out to someone at the company on LinkedIn and start a convo. Sometimes it’s less about the resume and more about the connection. Have you tried doing that yet?

Perfect, I hope it helps you soon!

Keep applying for open roles that appeal to you. Something will come through for you.

Don't stand still. If you're waiting to hear from places where you applied, that's fine. But keep applying to other places. Sometimes we can feel good about something and think we're ideal for the job, but, sad to say, it's not up to us. All you can do is keep plugging away. At some point, if applications seem to have fallen into the void, you may want to follow up. But whatever you do, don't stand still and wait to hear, keep moving forward.

Would you be interested in mortgage sales or ops? Our company is hiring

I agree with comments here that if you have the recruiter or HR's email, follow up with a polite note asking about timeline and next steps - I would not be concerned about overdoing it, especially with a recruiter. Connecting with recruiters on linkedin isn't a bad idea either and when possible asking politely for clarify could give you some answers. But in general, their loss if they're not contacting you - it's basic decency these companies have forgotten to at least communicate
