I was assigned to a project which has application support and maintainance in Ionic. I am from Native android background having 4 years of experience. Does ionic has demand in industry ? I am a little skeptical about this. Please if anyone could throw some light on it.

What are the perks in PWC?
Hello 🦈s,
Role: SAP ABAP
Current: 8 LPA
I am having offer from LTI for 10.5 Fixed & 1 Mouritech for 12 LPA Fixed.
I have also cleared PwC India interview & HR has told me that they can give me 10.5 as Fixed (Before 12 offer). I have not yet received the offer letter.
Now my question is will PwC consider this offer for the re-negotiation? Or will they not release the offer letter itself?
Also what should be my ask for a SAP ABAP Developer with experience of 3.3 Years?
Thanks in Advance 🙏

It is fixed but you can use RFB for tax exemption, if you don't want to use that for tax exemption then that amount will vome as special allowance in your monthly salary and tax will be levied on that amount
Your YOE and Tech Stack?
You'll get all of 14 lacs. This RFB component can help you in reducing the taxes. If you claim this RFB component, then whatever amount you have claimed, you won't have to pay taxes on that part. If you don't claim RFB, then all of your salary will be taxable.
Yoe?
How can we opt out of that RFB? And wil it come as part of monthly in hand salary?
There is no such thing as opt out there, vut make 5hat value as 0 Rs. And it will cone as special allowance in your monthly salary
Yoe and stack? Pwc us or india?
It would have LTA, internet, telephone, fuel and similar other expenses. Yes it's a variable component and it's fixed depending upon the position.
So in short it’s 14 lakhs base right? And also why did you say its the variable?
Yoe tech?

Can you explain this RFB against I'm not claim any documents. Is it comes under take home salary?
