I’m being asked to create and help implement a marketing strategy for the whole company as well as for a new product we’re introducing. My boss has said to show him I can do it and then we’ll talk about a pay increase. I’ve already spent about 20 hours brainstorming a brand refresh for the company. I need to do the same for the product. How much money can I ask for when these ideas are approved and we begin implementation?
