I don't mind high workload/billables so long as the work gives substantive trial experience, but I want to avoid shops that have a (excessively) toxic/cliquish work environment. I'd also like to make a long-term career at wherever I end up. I'm current looking at AZA, Gibbs, Yetter, Steptoe (formerly SKV), and Beck. Any insight?
