Anyone else experiencing pencils down?

I’m looking to go back to school for my bachelors in health administration but I have 3 kids and a full time job so I’m looking to do online classes, does anyone know if a online degree from SNHU is respected in healthcare at all

I am frustrated as a Gay Woman who has given her all for 30+ years grinding to be the best. I have been in closet, out of closet, in-between and am tired of it. I want to be VALUED as a human being. I have gone from Rock Star to problem when people "found out". I have trained and promoted hundreds of people and been passed over for promotions because of not being a man. I have trained men with less experience, worse results only for them to move forward. If Diversity is important...prove it!

What big moves/life changes are you guys making in 2020?

I know it’s the start of Hispanic Heritage Month because of all the “CAN ANYONE HELP ME FIND A LATINX DE&I CONSULTANT ASAP?!” and “I NEED A LIST OF SPANISH VENDORS!”-type messages flying around the industry behind the scenes today.

In HCL, I believe that iSuccess Learning Portal is the only Portal for the Learning Stuff or any other Portal is there.

Why are town Hall meetings so impersonal? They are all about awards / the number of people hired. I know FCB health is large, but we never hear from people who aren’t Executives. Last town hall, when discussing inclusion efforts, there were no people of color represented and one of the 4 pillars of diversity was centered around our “reputation as an organization” (that really rubbed me the wrong way). At my last agency those conversations were always led by people of color from every level.
