I’m currently in 7A band with 8 YOE and I’ve been in the 7A band for the past 3 years, with a current CTC of ₹26 LPA. I also lead a team of 3 members, one of whom has the same 8 years of experience but is in 7B band with ₹37 LPA.

This makes me wonder if my current band and compensation are a fair valuation for my experience and responsibilities.

How should I negotiate for a move to 7B band (or at least a better ctc) or is it better to look outside and get a offer and discuss?

I'm actually confused. What happened to this generation? Why is Gen Z's work ethic so incredibly poor when compared to Millenials?

Hi everyone. I am currently a CA student, working as a Taxation Executive in a manufacturing industry for the past 3 years. My profile includes handling of direct and indirect taxes in the company ranging from preparation of the working upto the entry of outstanding and payment in books.
