I’m freelancing at a design firm as a solo mom of a toddler & my boss told me (not asked) that I would have work to do at 5:20pm on Thursday the day before the agency was closed. And with I only had a half day of childcare. Then last night at 9:20pm (sunday before memorial) I’m told to put a deck together?! This weekend work was not discussed during work hours & I delivered my portion well on time. Please talk me out of telling them to go f themselves. Their Glassdoor now explains a lot…
