I got selected for TCS recently and 4th July is my joining date. I was selected for 15 LPA. My concern is i have a small kid who is 10 month old and i dont want to leave her to maids. I am getting higher package offers like Nagarro permanent wfh. But i am hearing that Tcs will be good for WLB and less work stress. Is this true? Because i am little bit stresseful that permanent wfh options may be very hectic. Kindly guide me in this regards.

What is the point of a PIP when you've already been told there is no saving the situation? Could it be related to the relocation benefit involved?
