I’m lucky enough to have some time off during this holiday period, however other members of my team do have to work it (mostly because they don’t have the annual leave left). How do you deal with the constant guilt trips from colleagues that are having to work whilst you are off?

I worked the holidays for over 10 yrs in the hospital and seemed to never get time off. Moved to education and got all holidays off. It was wonderful. Life

Enjoy the time off without feeling guilty! It’s not your fault they didn’t budget accordingly. In one department we did time off requests around holidays based on seniority, I had an employee that was there long cry to me about her needing time off asking if we could split the days, I just said sorry no. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I get it stinks but that’s the benefit of staying with the same employer for so long!

I left wipro and joined new company a month before. In new company's form 11 ita asking whether you have been part of epf and eps in last organization?
Epf i am sure i need to give yes. But what do i need to give for Eps? I am aware that wipro contributed 8.33% of pf to eps. Can i transfer that too?

Hi all,
I just moved here so this might be a dumb question so please don’t judge. Why does my laundry smell like pee and how can I fix it? I used a common washer and dryer in my building. Is it because of that? Is it mold? Is it the water? I air dry my workout leggings and they all smell really weird and I don’t know what to do 😔
