Are AWS phone screen interviews done via video calls? Do I need to be mindful of where I am taking the call from? Or is it usually a chime audio call?

I lateraled to a new firm and feel like I was extremely mislead during interviews. I’m absolutely fine with burning whatever bridges I’ve made here. Contemplating a no-notice resignation. What downsides am I not thinking of? New job is lined up.

Preparing for my final round case interview and I’ve realized that whereas prior to the first round I was pretty comfortable with casing, now I’m less and less so since I’m increasingly anxious that I could not come up with the right buckets. I’m also doing more untraditional cases at times which makes me feel like I’m not performing that well. Has anyone experienced similar things? How did you cope with it/What’s your advice? I was told it's a second shift project, with MEAN technology stack.

Planning to join OFSS as I will work in product development team and can work in any shift timings with WFH.

Today I had my 2nd round interview with EY GDS and got rejected.
Do I need to worry about this and feel low?
Could EY GDS would have been better instead of OFSS?

Hello guys, I do have questions on remote international working.
For example if I was hired for remote working for US and I am remotely working from India, how the salary expectations should be, as per India/ US/ or something mix of both?

How do you address pay discrepancies? I just found out a VT hired a year after me, with less experience, is making $2 more an hour. She was hired when they were desperate for staff which I’m guessing is why, but I’ve felt bitter ever since finding out.
